About the Neighbourhood Celebration Trailer
The Neighbourhood Celebration Trailer is an exciting new initiative designed to help bring neighbourhoods together across Lethbridge and surrounding areas. This mobile resource is packed with everything needed to host a memorable block party, neighbourhood celebration, or community event. From outdoor games and equipment to seating and entertainment supplies, the trailer has it all!
Our goal is to make community events more accessible, affordable, and fun, ensuring that residents can gather, celebrate, and strengthen their connections with one another. Whether you’re hosting a casual block party or a larger neighbourhood-wide event, the Neighbourhood Celebration Trailer will have what you need to create lasting memories.
What’s Inside the Trailer
The Neighbourhood Party Trailer is stocked with everything you need to host a community celebration. Here’s what’s inside, grouped into easy-to-use categories:
Tables & Seating
Folding tables and chairs to set up food, seating areas, or activity stations.
Shelter & Signage
Pop-up canopies for shade and weather protection, along with wayfinding signs to welcome guests.
Sound & Power
A full PA system, microphones (wired and wireless), audio adapters, speaker stands, generator, and extension cords for all your tech needs.
Games & Activities
A selection of fun, family-friendly lawn games to keep everyone entertained.
Food & Beverage
Coolers, coffee urns, water jugs, a propane bbq with griddle plates, and more to help you serve up refreshments.
Waste & Recycling
Waste bins, recycling bins and compost bins. Bags not included.
Who Can Rent the Trailer?
The Neighbourhood Celebration Trailer is available for rental to:
Residents of Lethbridge and surrounding areas.
Neighbourhood Associations for larger celebrations or community-wide events.
Community Organizations looking to engage local members or raise awareness.
For Profit Companies hosting open community-based events.
We offer priority booking for neighbourhood groups and residents to ensure neighbourhood-wide events are supported, followed by community organizations within Lethbridge and then for profit companies hosting community-based events, with availability based on demand. Communities within a 65km radius of Lethbridge are also welcome to book, with priority determined by proximity and overall schedule.
Pricing and Rental Rates
We want to make the trailer affordable for everyone in the community. Our rental fees are structured as follows:
Residents for Block Parties: $75/day
Neighbourhood Associations: $125/day
Community Organizations: $200–$300/day, depending on the annual budget of the organization.
For Profit/Private Companies (community-based events): $500/day
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Details regarding deposit amounts will be provided upon inquiry or booking.
2026 Bookings Now Open
The Neighbourhood Party Trailer is now accepting booking requests for 2026. While requests can be submitted at any time, bookings are confirmed using a tiered priority system to ensure neighbourhood groups and residents have first access.
Booking priority is assigned as follows:
- Tier 1: Neighbourhood Groups & Residents (January–February)
- Tier 2: Community Organizations within Lethbridge (March)
- Tier 3: Community Organizations within 65 km of Lethbridge & For-Profit Companies (April)
Requests submitted outside of your priority window will typically be placed on a waitlist. Depending on availability, some requests may be accommodated earlier at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
